Roof evaluation
Our Estimate process starts with a no-cost Roof Evaluation. Our professional roofing expert will discuss any issues with the current roof, relevant roof history, and your goals for the future. Then, we do a physical evaluation of the roof, looking at all materials and systems, while documenting areas of concern. We use photo, video and written notes to document the roof condition and recommend any needed work. We will also tell you if your roof is not yet in need of repairs or maintenance.
